Customer service is our main focus once a relationship has been established. We go to great lengths to give you the best response time and efficiency when dealing with any technical or account needs. Our clients have dedicated relationship managers for their account with multiple points of contact. We make ourselves available 24/7. If you're working, we're working!

Accountability

Right out of the gate we offer no termination fees. We follow through with what we offer and tell you. We don't raise rates behind your back and we will always be in contact for all customer service requests. Every account gets the same treatment. Our whole mindset is to give you the best we have to offer all of the time. If something doesn't feel right to the merchant, we will make it right. 

Honesty & Integrity

Our business from day one has always offered fair and honest pricing. Our equipment and processing rates are honest from beginning to end. We eliminate the smoke and mirrors and educate you on what you are paying. We want this to be a long, honest and open relationship between processor and merchant. We stay away from practices that drive negative industry culture!

DynaPay LLC was founded by Kyle DeBord, CEO and Colin Yeakle, President in April 2012 and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. DynaPay continues to grow and thrive in the electronic payment industry because of our business culture. We place our customer's needs first. We want our customers to develop a relationship with us and feel comfortable calling whenever they need to. We provide our personal cell phone numbers to all our clients in order to deliver quick and top level service

The effect of our positive culture shows up in many forms. DynaPay has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have an extremely high attrition rate with our accounts. We are focused on staying in touch with our merchant's needs. We pride ourselves on taking a personal approach to solving all issues and problems quicker than all of our competitors. Our diverse background with the industry and technical fields gives us the ability to provide more levels of service where many can not and will not go. We will work directly with web developers and IT personnel to create a more efficient problem solving team.

Get to know the founders behind DynaPay.

Colin

Colin Yeakle


Colin Yeakle is a Cincinnati native and is proud to offer a service back to all businesses around the city. Colin graduated from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working for several years, he returned back to Miami University and completed his Master's Degree in Computational Science in Engineering. 

Colin has a strong technical background which can be applied to problem solving, as well as assisting clients with integration of credit card processing systems into their business via website, virtual terminal, POS and mobile applications. At DynaPay, Colin has been responsible for sales, including financial analysis and account management, in addition to technical installation, training and customer service. Colin currently resides in West Chester. He enjoys playing soccer and taking advantage of all that Cincinnati has to offer.


Kyle DeBord


Kyle DeBord is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Kyle has over ten years of experience in the credit card processing industry, working for Innovative Financial Technologies (Infintech) and then launching DynaPay LLC as the co-owner in 2012. During his tenure with Infintech, Kyle held several roles and obtained a well-rounded education on all aspects of the credit card processing business including sales, technology, finance and accounting. 

Since the start of DynaPay LLC, Kyle has been responsible for sales, including financial analysis and account management, in addition to technical installation, training and customer service. Kyle currently lives in Hyde Park with his wife, Sara-Kate. They welcomed their daughter, Blair, in June 2017. They also have a mini golden doodle named Piper. He enjoys golf and all Cincinnati sports.

Kyle
