Customer service is a term thrown around all service industries. In many cases it’s thrown in a sales pitch or dangled in front of a potential client with no real substance behind it. You hear more and more people talk about true good customer service as if it is a dying breed or a thing of the past. Online reviews have made it very easy to call out offenders who don’t back up their claims or simply don’t even pretend to offer it.
Customer service can mean many things to companies that offer it or consumers who seek it. Here’s what it means to DynaPay. We take great pride in our ability to provide excellent customer service in an industry that there is little to no personal customer service anymore. We offer multiple points of contact for our clients to reach their personal sales rep and then our office. One of the points of contact is the rep’s personal cell phone number. This enables a much quicker turnaround time for any troubleshooting or to get your questions answered. DynaPay services calls and requests on nights and weekends. We know that not all businesses are open 9-5 on weekdays. Evening and weekend hour businesses deserve the same customer service options as the 9-5ers. Not all solutions can be implemented outside of the regular 9-5 business hours, however; you can talk to someone directly, address the problem and get the solution to the problem. We go out of our way to keep your processing capabilities up and running. The longer you can’t accept payments, the longer your business potentially suffers. We do everything in our power to keep you processing!
